About Us

Welcome to Kitty Whispurrer, where imagination meets everyday joy!

Who We Are
Hi, I’m Michelle Strickland— creator, storyteller, and founder of Kitty Whispurrer. This entire journey was inspired by my beloved cat, Dexter. His curiosity, playfulness, and gentle purrs reminded me that there’s magic in the everyday — and that’s what I want to share with you.

Our Inspiration: Dexter
Dexter was more than just a cat — he was a friend, a muse, and a daily source of smiles. His adventures became the heart of The Portal to Imagination Collection, a series of children’s storybooks that celebrate kindness, friendship, and the joy of discovery. Everything here, from our books to our cozy gifts, carries a bit of that same spirit.

What We Offer
At Kitty Whispurrer, you’ll find:

  • Coloring Books — Bold, easy designs for kids, whimsical scenes for grown-ups, and seasonal themes that invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

  • Children’s Story Books — Including The Portal to Imagination Collection, where Dexter the kitty leads readers on heartwarming journeys full of life lessons.

  • Apparel & Gifts — From comfy tees and hoodies to mugs and water bottles, designed to add creativity and joy to your everyday routine.

Our Mission

Why “Kitty Whispurrer”?
Because cats have a quiet magic. They remind us to slow down, be present, and find joy in the small things. That’s the heart of Kitty Whispurrer — giving you ways to pause, create, and smile.
